Lindinkosi is a social researcher with experience in managing research and monitoring and evaluation projects. He is well versed with Project Management, Research and Monitoring and Evaluation skills. He has been responsible for research and M&E of projects spanning South Africa, Botswana, and Zambia. He was tasked to improve data management system for Orphans and Vulnerable Children Programme for the Eastern Cape Department of Education. In 2008-2010 he worked for an NGO focusing on Education Development in Africa (Link Community Development), among the research projects that he undertook was the Quality Learning Project, Orphans and Vulnerable Children Pilot Programme, OVC Pilot Evaluation, Pepfar funded Peer Education Programme Evaluation. An integral part of his work has been participating and leading research projects, capacity building workshops and M&E trainings.

He has a range of qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and well versed in practical research methods and data management packages such as SPSS, MS Access and Excel. He has experience in dealing with Quality Learning Project, Orphans and Vulnerable Children, children heading household’s education, peer education and HIV and AIDS training. In 2011 and 2012, He was appointed a project leader for HIV and AIDS management in school and classroom research project for the Eastern Cape Department of Education. My vision is to put to utilise my project management, writing, research, and leadership skills to contribute to my personal and organizational growth.
